Two arrests by the Missouri Highway Patrol are reported for the area counties.
At about 1:42 am Sunday, Troopers in Livingston County arrested 33-year-old Sean C. Whorton of Georgia for alleged DWI – Prior Offender, Driving While Suspended, and Speeding. He was taken into custody on a 24-hour hold.
Sunday in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 21-year-old Elian Gonzalez-Hernandez at about 2:32 am for alleged DWI – Prior Offender, Failure To Signal, and Resisting Arrest. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
