A Springfield, IL man was arrested by State Troopers in Livingston County at about 6:58 pm Wednesday. Thirty-year-old James A. Cantrell was arrested for alleged DWI, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released.
