A Purdin resident had minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash in Sullivan County Tuesday. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 3:30 am on Highway 5, 5 miles south of Purdin. According to the report, the 50-year-old man driving the car was northbound and ran off the right side of the road, striking a tree. He was taken to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
