A Chillicothe man, 60-year-old Timothy Jack Hampton was booked by Livingston County Deputies for DWI and was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed. Hampton is currently awaiting sentencing on a charge of DWI – persistent offender. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for today.
