A St. Joseph man was arrested by Grundy County officers on a Livingston County Probation and Parole violation warrant from a 2023 conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Thirty-nine-year-old Randy Arthur Vandorn was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Friday at about 11:19 am. Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.
