A Chillicothe man wanted on a warrant was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Chillicothe Police early Tuesday morning. Twenty-five-year-old Brandon Montgomery Young was arrested and booked into the jail at about 1:22 am on a warrant for alleged Possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. The warrant was issued after Young allegedly failed to appear on February 19th for a preliminary hearing in Livingston County Associate Court.
He is held with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
Chillicothe police booked 60-year-old Ty Ray Kelsey into the Caldwell County Detention Center Monday afternoon on an out-of-state warrant from Oklahoma. There is no bond allowed. He is held pending extradition.
