The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports 29-year-old Christian James Elliot of Dawn was arrested and booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a probation violation warrant from an original conviction of Harassment. He is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only. A Probation violation hearing is set for May 1st.
He had been arrested Friday morning by State Troopers for alleged DWI with drugs, and was in custody when the warrant was served.
