The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports the booking of 49-year-old Sean Wesley Dabney of Kirksville on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on two counts of alleged non-support. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with cash only bond set at $1,200. Plea and Trial Setting is set for Monday before Judge Michael Leamer.
