Jail Booking For Livingston County

A Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Chillicothe Police on Monday.  Thirty-eight-year-old Mathew Thomas Bell is held for alleged 3rd degree domestic assault, with no bond allowed.
