A Chillicothe man was arrested and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on an alleged Bond Violation. 53-year-old Phillip M. Molden was arrested by Chillicothe Police. Molden was on bond for alleged endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs – possession of a controlled substance. His new bond is set at $7,500 Cash only.
