Ray County officers arrested an Excelsior Springs woman on a Livingston County warrant. Thirty-seven-year-old McKalla Nicole Stevens was arrested Friday on the warrant for alleged receiving stolen property, She was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
