A Chillicothe woman was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Charges of alleged tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution. Twenty-nine-year-old Kathleen Susan Smith was booked by Caldwell County officers and is held with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
The complaint indicates she allegedly attempted to dissuade the victim of Abuse or Neglect of a child from assisting the prosecution in the case.
