A man sentenced to Jail time was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Thursday morning.
50-year-old Dennis Ray Eckert of Chillicothe is serving the second half of his 30 days of shock time on his sentence after a guilty plea on DWI. Eckert will be in the jail until January 11th. He is also on 2 years probation.
