Two bookings at the Caldwell County Detention Center are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
Friday, Chillicothe Police Department booked 18-year-old Maxwell David Johnston of Chillicothe after he was arrested for alleged assault. He is held with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
Sunday, officers arrested 30-year-old Samantha Lee Bivens of Chillicothe on a warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance and three counts of unlawful use of a weapon. She is held with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
