Friday, 42-year-old Stephanie Diane Byrd was arrested out of state on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged resisting arrest. Bond is set at $10,000.
A man who pleaded guilty to non-support in July of 2023 was arrested recently on a warrant for alleged probation violation. 40-year-old Nicholas Aaron Shipley of Chillicothe was arrested by Livingston County deputies. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with cash only bond set at $10,000.
