The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two weekend bookings.
At about 9:00 am Sunday, Chillicothe Police booked 26 year old Kody Eugene Waters into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24 hour hold.
Friday at about 5:00 pm, 25 year old Robert William Shoe of Des Moines, IA, was booked on a commitment order of two days shock time on a conviction for driving with an excessive blood alcohol content. He was also sentenced to 2 years of probation. Charges of DWI and a lane violation were dismissed.
