Two people were booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Monday for Livingston County.
48-year-old Janel Marie Fredricks was booked in by Caldwell County officials for domestic assault. She pled guilty and was sentenced to 2 years probation and 48 hours of shock time in jail. She is held without bond.
34-year-old Curtis Delano Burton was booked in by Livingston County Deputies to serve his sentence for Trespassing following a probation violation hearing. His original sentence was to serve 100 days in jail, suspended for 2 years of probation. He has no bond allowed.
