Jail Bookings In Livingston and Grundy Counties

Six weekend jail bookings are reported in Grundy and Livingston Counties.

 

In Livingston County, five bookings into the area jails over the weekend.

49-year-old Anthony Michael Roberts of Kansas City – arrested on Sunday by Jackson County on a Probation Violation Warrant from a charge of driving while revoked or suspended.  He is held in Jackson County awaiting extradition.  Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.

 

33-year-old Nicholas Allen Duckworth of Liberty was arrested Sunday by Jackson County on a Probation Violation Warrant from a charge of possession of a controlled substance and for alleged failure to appear on two counts of alleged non-support.  He is awaiting extradition with total bond set at $22,500 cash only.

 

43-year-old Richard Craig Boutwell was arrested by Chillicothe Police Officers on a warrant from out of state.  He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.

 

18-year-old Ryden Jaymz Schmidt was arrested Saturday by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies and taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.

 

19-year-old Christian Theodor Slaughter of Ridgeway was arrested Sunday by the Chillicothe Police Department on a warrant for an alleged violation of a protection order. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center and later posted $1,000 bond and was released.

 

An arrest by Troopers resulted in a Grundy County Booking.

53-year-old Heath Thomas Hignutt of Trenton was booked Saturday evening by State Troopers for alleged DWI – persistent offender and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, resulting in an accident.  Bond is set at $30,000 cash only.
