A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County.
Early this morning, at about 12:25 am, Troopers arrested 39-year-old Kenneth H Steenstry for alleged resisting by fleeing, receiving stolen property, and burglary. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail.
