A Kansas City man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Daviess County. State Troopers arrested 34-year-old Fredy A Menchu Chan on four warrants for alleged failure to appear in court on charges that include alleged DWI, Failure to move to the right, a lane violation, and no valid license. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
