A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County on Wednesday night. At about 10:45 pm, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Dany A. Cadena of Kansas City, KS, for alleged no valid license and on a Kansas warrant for alleged obstructing police. He was taken to the Macon County Jail with no bond allowed.
