Kansas City Man Booked After Change Of Venue

Forty-three-year-old Kenneth E. Werner of Kansas City was Transferred to Livingston County custody on Wednesday by Daviess County officers, on a change of venue.  He was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on charges that include:

Alleged Endangering Welfare of Child; Delivery of a Controlled Substance; Delivery of 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana; Supplying Liquor to a Minor; 2 cts Statutory Sodomy; 2 cts Child Pornography; Possession of Child Pornography; Tampering with a Witness.  He is also charged with alleged Tampering with a Motor Vehicle; Resisting; and Driving while revoked.

He is held with no bond allowed.
