A Kansas City man facing four counts of alleged forgery, one count of tampering with a vehicle, and one count of possession of forging instruments is scheduled to be in Linn County Court Tuesday. Twenty-nine-year-old Tyler L McFarland has a disposition hearing scheduled for 10:30 am in the Linn County Court.
McFarland has filed for a change of venue.
