A Kansas City, KS man was arrested by state troopers in Daviess County Wednesday afternoon. At about 1:30, Troopers arrested 39-year-old Omarr Garcia-Mendez on a Platte County warrant for alleged failure to register a vehicle. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
