Kansas Man Arrested P&P Warrant

A Kansas man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Monday.  At about 10:08 am, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Michael A. Centeno on a Probation and Parole warrant.  He was taken to the Ray County Jail.
