An Olathe, Kansas man is in custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center following his arrest on a Bond Violation Warrant. Forty-five-year-old Charvez K. Williams had been out on bond as he faces charges of alleged unlawful possession of a firearm, DWI, speeding, and Careless and imprudent driving. He is in custody with no bond allowed. Plea and Trial setting will be held in Caldwell County court today. There is also a motion to revoke his $20,000 cash only bond.
