A Troy Kansas man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County. Forty-five-year-old Charves K. Williams is held on charges that include DWI, unlawful possession of a firearm, speeding (105 in a 65 zone), and careless and imprudent driving. He has since been charged in Caldwell County Court and he is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
