A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Friday night. Sixty-three-year-old David L Ryan was arrested at about 6:40 pm for alleged DWI with drugs and speeding. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
