The Lillian DesMarias Youth Library in Chillicothe will host a special program for kids next week.
On Monday, August 25th at 4:30 p.m., children ages 5 to 11 are invited to “Kindness in the Community” with Sarah Montgomery. As the new school year gets underway, the workshop will focus on building kindness and support at school and beyond.
Along with the lesson, kids will take part in a creative rock painting activity — decorating rocks with messages and symbols of kindness to keep as a personal reminder.
