A Lexington woman was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County Friday night. Thirty-two year old Opal J. Fizer was arrested at about 10:23 pm on a Clay county warrant for alleged endangering a child and a Lafayette County warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
