A paper crafting program for adults is offered by the Livingston County Library on Monday at 6:00 pm, at the main library. The program offers fun and unique ways to make gifts for friends and family.
Cindy Mayden, a paper craft expert, returns to the library to show us how to use scrapbook paper to make our own gift bags. She will also cover the best ways to wrap presents.
