A Build Night and a Drive-In Movie event are scheduled by the Lillian DesMarias Youth Library.
A Build Night will be hosted by the Lillian DesMaries Youth Library on Monday. The program is for children ages 5-11, to unleash their imagination and build amazing structures.
Whether you’re an experienced builder or just starting out, this event is the perfect opportunity to explore your creativity and have fun with friends. All building materials will be provided; all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a big smile.
The Build Night is Monday from 5-6 pm; there is no pre-registration.
A Drive-In Movie for kids will be October 9th at the Lillian DesMarias Library. Children up to 5 years old are invited to an event that includes creativity, excitement, and a cozy movie atmosphere.
The “Drive-In Movie” begins at 9:00 am and begins with the children decorating their “car.” The Library provides the boxes, art supplies, and plenty of colorful decorations to inspire creativity. They can transform their boxes into magical vehicles.
Once the cars are decorated, it’s time to settle in for a short, age-appropriate movie.
Popcorn and a drink will be provided.
