Livingston County Deputies report one booking Tuesday,
43-year-old Jean Nicole Takacs of Kansas City is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on an out-of-state hold. She is held with no bond allowed, pending extradition to the State of Pennsylvania.
