Two bookings i for the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department are reported by the Sheriff.
Tuesday, Jackson County Deputies arrested 41-year-old Shonna R. Defoor of Oak Grove on a bond violation warrant from 2025, on charges of Possession of a controlled substance. She had pleaded guilty in September of 2025. She was arrested on the warrant and will be transported for Livingston County. Her sentencing was delayed pending service of the warrant. Bond is set at $20,000 cash.
Caldwell County deputies booked 45-year-old Matthew Alan Youtsey on a Bond Violation Warrant on charges of alleged Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
