Chillicothe residents facing charges that include alleged endangering the welfare of a child have been released on their own recognizance. Both were released from custody Wednesday.
23-year-old Ashlee Raelyn Mast was charged with alleged endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance. Her preliminary hearing is November 19th.
22-year-old Brock Adam Zander is charged with alleged endangering the welfare of a child. His preliminary hearing is December 10th.
