The 2023 inductees in the Livingston County Fair Hall of Fame are Sandy and Jerry Mammen. Fairboard President Jennifer Horton talked about the Mammens.
A plaque honoring the Mammens will be added to the wall in the foyer of the Jenkins Building at the Fair.
