Two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
Twenty-eight-year-old Kody W. Comstock of Salina Kansas was booked by Livingston County Deputies on Thursday for alleged unlawful use of a weapon – exhibiting. He is held without bond.
Thirty-five-year-old Emily Ann Reyes-Policarpio of Chillicothe was arrested by deputies for alleged unlawful use of a weapon – exhibiting. She is held with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
Twenty-one-year-old Michael Ray McCormick is held in Jackson County following his arrest on warrants for alleged failure to appear on charges of alleged stealing and no insurance. Bond is set at $1050. He is awaiting extradition.
