The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center.
At about 2:04 pm, Chillicothe Police booked 50-year-old Jacquelyn Rae Wilkerson of Breckenridge on a Bond Violation Warrant. Wilkerson was on bond after she had pled guilty to charges of Possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. A Bond Appearance hearing is set for November 25th. A Sentencing hearing is scheduled for December 5th. Under her plea agreement, she could be sentenced to 5 years in prison suspended.
Livingston County Deputies booked 46-year-old Charles Gail King of Ludlow on a 24-hour hold. He has since been charged with alleged unlawful use of a weapon – discharging along a highway. He is alleged to have fired at a deer from the side of the road. The deer was a decoy set up by the MDC.
