The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Chillicothe Police officers.
At 10:56 pm Thursday, officers booked 48-year-old Patrick Richard Oyler of Chillicothe on a 24-hour hold. He has since been charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 2:39 am Friday, officers booked 20-year-old Konner Eugene Berg of Platte City on a 24-hour hold. He was later charged with alleged DWI, Excessive Blood Alcohol Content, purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol by a minor.
