Five bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
Monday:
36-year-old Christina Nicole Phelps of Mooresville was booked into jail by deputies on a probation violation warrant from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000. A probation violation hearing is set for July 10th.
36-year-old Travis Michael Cant of Chillicothe was booked into jail on a bond revocation warrant from a charge of alleged endangering the welfare of a child. Bond is set at at $7,500 cash only.
49-year-old Samantha Rose Butner was booked by deputies on a warrant for alleged trespassing and two counts of peace disturbance. She is held with bond set at $1,000 cash only.
Tuesday:
Chillicothe police booked 62-year-old Bobby Jay Oleson and 46-year-old Jennifer Marie Swank of St. Joseph early Tuesday morning. They are in custody on 24-hour holds.
