Livingston County Jail Bookings And Chillicothe Arrests

Six Bookings for Livingston County are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.

On Friday, Linn County officers booked 21-year-old Nykaria C. Phillips of Chillicothe into the Macon County Jail on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of no license.  Bond is set at $200 Cash.

Saturday, 50-year-old Rodney Ray Batson of Chillicothe was arrested by Chillicothe Police Department and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.

Twenty-two-year-old Hannah Nichole Harrell of Chillicothe was arrested Saturday by Chillicothe Police Department on a warrant for alleged Domestic Assault.  Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.  She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.

Twenty-two-year-old Payden Robert Brown of Independence was arrested Monday by Jackson County officers on a probation violation warrant from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance.  He is held with no bond allowed at the Jackson County Jail.

Tuesday, Chillicothe Police arrested 29-year-old Curtis James Schrader of Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Driving while revoked or suspended and no valid license.  He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $250 cash only.

Fifty-year-old Donna Christine Chacon was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Livingston County warrant for Tampering with a vehicle after entering a plea of guilty in May.  Sentencing is set for Friday.  Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.

Two additional bookings are reported by the Chillicothe Police Department.

Chillicothe Police booked two into the Caldwell County Detention Center Tuesday morning.

37-year-old Jeremy Andrew Lamp and 31-year-old Jessica Anne Lamp were arrested and taken to the Jail on 24-hour holds.  They are held with no bond allowed.  Charges are pending.
