The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department incident and arrest report for the latter half of December includes one unattended death.
On December 17th, deputies responded to the 5000 block of LIV 512 for an unresponsive male who was pronounced deceased. On December 19th, deputies investigated a domestic disturbance on LIV 359; the suspect fled and was later found deceased in Carroll County.
On December 20th, 59-year-old Kenneth Stine of Mooresville was arrested for alleged domestic assault after allegedly making threats during a disturbance. And on December 30th, 36-year-old Emily Reyes-Policarpio of Chillicothe was arrested following a domestic incident.
In arrests, deputies cited two men for street racing, served a warrant on a Trenton man, and arrested a Utica man for driving while revoked.
