Livingston County Sheriff’s Report For Late November

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the latter half of November includes several incidents and arrests.

Deputies investigated several incidents, including a protection order violation in Utica, a stolen vehicle from the Farmersville area that was later recovered in Grundy County, and an automated crash alert on LIV 424 where the driver was allegedly intoxicated.

Deputies also took a report of an assault in Mooresville that led to the arrest of 27-year-old Mitchell Brown, and responded to a dog-bite incident in Wheeling.

Another protection order violation was reported on November 28th involving social-media messages.

Several arrests were also made. An 18-year-old and a 19-year-old from Chillicothe were cited in separate incidents for excessive speeding on Highway 190. A Jamesport man turned himself in on a Linn County warrant, and a Springfield woman was taken into custody on a Greene County warrant and transported for extradition.
