The Livingston County Sheriff’s report for the latter half of August includes several incidents and arrests.
Deputies investigated a domestic assault in southeast Livingston County, a sex offender registration violation, and a fraud case in Utica where a stolen identity was used to buy a $1,000 laptop.
Arrests included Kevin Bethards of Chillicothe for alleged DWI and driving while suspended, and Jericho Richardson of Chillicothe for alleged driving while suspended.
Deputies also arrested three drivers for alleged excessive speeding: Carlos Anaya of California, Michael Weaver of Trenton, and Ahaija Cooper of Raymore.
