Man Charged With Stealing Items From Chillicothe Airport

A man questioned following the theft of items at the Chillicothe Airport last fall is now charged with the crime.  Sixty-nine-year-old Troy G. Cramner of Chillicothe was charged in Livingston County Court following an extensive investigation.  The theft occurred in September of 2024.  The original investigation, including information provided by Cramner, led to another man being charged.  Those charges were later dropped.

In February, additional information, including text messages and emails, surfaced that led to the questioning of Cramner.

A summons for Cramner was served earlier in June, and he is to appear in Livingston County Associate Court on July 9th, for his initial appearance on the charge of alleged stealing.
