A Gilman City man appeared in Grundy County court on a probation violation hearing, following his arrest on a warrant. Thirty-eight-year-old Ervin D. Mullet had been convicted in 2023 of DWI and placed on two years of probation, which would end on July 31st this year.
In the hearing Tuesday, a plea agreement was accepted, where Mullet would serve 10 days in jail and pay court costs.
Mullet is also facing Alleged DWI charges in Livingston County.
