Marceline Man Arrested After Incident At Milan School

A Marceline man is charged with multiple crimes following an incident on school grounds in Milan.  Forty-two-year-old Jeko P. Markov is charged with alleged DWI with a minor in the vehicle, Endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of alleged Unlawful use of a weapon – one for a loaded weapon on school grounds and the other for possession of a loaded weapon while intoxicated.  A Sullivan County warrant is issued for Markov that includes bond set at $25,000 cash only.
