A Marceline man was arrested by State Troopers in Chariton County Friday afternoon. Fifty-six-year-old Douglas L. Glasgow of Marceline was arrested for alleged driving while suspended and speeding. He was also arrested on a warrant. Glasgow was held at the Chariton County Jail pending the posting of bond.
