A Gallatin man who pleaded guilty to Child molestation, sexual exploitation of a child, statutory sodomy, and promoting child pornography is sentenced to a total of 90 years in prison. Fifty-seven-year-old Scott A. Marriott was sentenced in Daviess County Circuit Court by Judge R. Brent Elliot.
The sentences include:
- Child molestation – 15 years
- Sexual exploitation of a child – 30 years
- Statutory sodomy – 30 years
- Promoting child pornography – 15 years
Judge Elliott ordered the sentences to run concurrent to each other. That means Marriott will serve 30 years.
Marriott still faces charges of alleged Assault, Sexual Misconduct, and three counts of alleged Child molestation.
