McFarland To Serve Out Prison Sentence

A Kansas City man held by the Department of Corrections following his arrest on a Probation Violation will remain in prison.  Tyler S. McFarland was in Sullivan County Court for the probation violation hearing and admitted to the violation.  Judge Tschannen ordered McFarland to serve the remainder of his 5-year prison sentence from his April of 2024 conviction for tampering with a vehicle.
